At Mindquest Ventures, all coaching services are delivered with care, intention, and personal attention. Since our work is fully digital and customized, this policy explains how clients receive access to their coaching experience after payment.
How Clients Begin Their Journey
Every coaching relationship starts with a personal connection.
Clients reach out to us at contact@shwetaalageri.com, and we schedule a complimentary discovery call to understand your needs and determine whether we are the right fit to work together.
If we decide to move forward, your program structure and investment will be finalized, and you will receive a secure, private payment link via Systeme.io.
How Your Coaching Is Delivered
All sessions are held live on Zoom and tailored to your individual goals.
After payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email and your first session will be scheduled directly with you.
Most clients begin their coaching journey within 3–7 business days, depending on mutual availability and onboarding needs.
If You Haven’t Heard From Us
If, for any reason, you do not receive your onboarding email or scheduling details, please reach out at contact@shwetaalageri.com. We will ensure everything is resolved within 48 hours.
No Physical Shipping
Our services are delivered entirely online. No physical items are shipped as part of our coaching programs.
