Terms and conditions for MindQuest Ventures

Welcome to Mindquest Ventures (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our 1:1 coaching services offered by Shweta Dattatray Alageri, sole proprietor of Mindquest Ventures, based in Rajajinagar, Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

By purchasing or participating in our coaching services, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not enroll in or use our services.

1. Service Overview

Mindquest Ventures provides personalized 1:1 coaching services designed to help clients overcome mental blocks, build confidence, and create meaningful life outcomes.

  • Coaching is fully customized based on your specific needs.

  • Standard program duration is 12 weeks, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Sessions are delivered via Zoom video calls.

  • Call frequency is typically once per week, but may vary based on individual arrangements.

These services focus on personal development and mindset enhancement and do not constitute therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.

2. Eligibility

To participate in our coaching services, you confirm that:

  1. You are 18 years or older.

  2. You are currently seeking personal development coaching for non-medical reasons.

  3. You identify as a woman.

    • Note: Mindquest Ventures may expand services to all genders in the future. Updated Terms will reflect any such change.

  4. 3. Payment Terms

    • All payments must be made in full at the time of enrollment.

    • Payments are accepted through approved payment gateways such as Razorpay and PayPal.

    • As per industry standards and the customization involved in the services, all payments are non-refundable.

    • You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details are accurate.

    • Where applicable, statutory taxes (including GST), if added, must be paid by you.

4. No-Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of 1:1 coaching and the time reserved exclusively for you:

All fees paid are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that you will not request nor receive any refund under any circumstances.

This satisfies Razorpay and PayPal requirements for clear refund disclosures.

5. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

Scheduling

  • All coaching sessions will be scheduled in advance based on mutual availability.

Rescheduling

  • Clients may request rescheduling with at least 24-hour notice.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session time may be denied.

  • Only limited rescheduling is permitted per program cycle.

Missed Sessions

  • Missed or no-show sessions are considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

6. Coaching Disclaimer

By enrolling, you acknowledge the following:

  • Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychiatry, psychological treatment, or any medical service.

  • Mindquest Ventures and Shweta Alageri do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions.

  • Coaching focuses on personal empowerment, mindset, self-awareness, and goal achievement.

  • Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

  • You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

If you require mental health support, please consult a licensed mental health professional.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time.

  • Communicate honestly and openly.

  • Complete any exercises or assignments provided.

  • Take full responsibility for implementing insights and strategies.

  • Refrain from sharing session links, notes, or coaching materials with any third party.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided during coaching — including worksheets, exercises, frameworks, PDFs, recordings, templates, or any proprietary content — are the exclusive intellectual property of Mindquest Ventures.

You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, modify, publish, or resell any of the materials provided to you.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may result in legal action under Indian copyright law.

9. Confidentiality

Mindquest Ventures respects your privacy. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal information, discussions, and materials shared during coaching sessions.

Exceptions to confidentiality include:

  • Legal requirements (court orders, law enforcement requests)

  • Situations involving immediate harm to self or others

Fraud, illegal activities, or misuse of services

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Mindquest Ventures is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • You understand that results depend on your commitment, consistency, and participation.

  • No guarantees of specific outcomes are promised or implied.

11. Termination

Mindquest Ventures reserves the right to terminate services immediately if:

  • You engage in abusive, inappropriate, or unethical behavior

  • You breach any of these Terms

  • You misuse coaching materials

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.

By paying for or participating in our coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
